Tanis Moore

Tanis Moore is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who grounds her work as a therapist primarily in cognitive behavioural therapy, with elements of person centered and acceptance and commitment therapy included as well. Tanis believes in the importance of tailoring her approach to individual clients’ needs by accessing the tools that are the best fit for client situations.

Tanis has a significant background in understanding and advocating for men’s issues. She spent most of her master’s degree researching these issues, and published a peer reviewed paper on how to improve outcomes for male victims of domestic abuse. Tanis understands that men often have different ways of healing and expressing themselves, and has made every effort to tailor her services towards supporting men’s unique needs.
