100 Men Who Give A Damn! – Calgary is a non-organization. We are not registered; we have no directors, officers or treasurer; we have no bank account because we don’t collect, spend or donate anything – it’s our members who make the donations. The group and its events are run on a budget of zero by a core team of big-hearted volunteers and with the assistance of some very generous sponsors, who coincidentally also give a damn.

The Community Initiatives Program (CIP) provides funding to support initiatives that enhance and enrich communities throughout Alberta.

Each year, Calgary Foundation flows millions of dollars to every corner of our city, supporting causes as myriad as our population.

In 2011, the Olympia Charitable Foundation was formed with a primary goal to allow our staff to be directly involved in deciding how and to whom their charitable funds were donated. Established in 1984 with an investment of $200,000, the Hunter Family Foundation is a private Foundation based in Calgary, Alberta. The Foundation was started by H. Douglas Hunter as a gift to his wife, Diane, who had been involved in the volunteer sector for many years. To date it has assisted charitable organizations in the Calgary region by over 55 million dollars.

For over 50 years the Kinsmen Club of the Stampede City has strived to make a positive impact in Calgary with fundraising efforts and service projects. Their mission is to serve the city’s greatest need through service, leadership, fellowship, and personal development.
