CCMF Alberta is growing. We have branches operating in Calgary and Edmonton. We serve clients across the province with programs that are provided in a virtual environment.

CCMF Alberta programs emphasize and honour men's unique experience during relationship turmoil and hardships.

CCMF Alberta can only do what we do for men and their families with your help. Make a difference in the life of a family.
One of the only service providers of its kind, CCMF Alberta has its first centre for men open in Calgary.
In response to COVID-19 public health recommendations, CCMF Alberta’s in-person programs are all being offered online.
Our seamless transition to this delivery model has removed geographical barriers and allows access to our programs Alberta-wide. We are committed to this continuing even after our Calgary Centre reopens for business.

Programs
We hear you and we have your back.
CCMF Alberta programs are informed by evidence and through listening to our clients. New programs are continually developed and reflect common issues that men and their families share.
Men’s Peer Support Group (MPSG)
CCMF Alberta's MPSG is an open, all-male environment where men can access collective knowledge based on shared experiences. In addition to providing camaraderie and emotional support, the group members are encouraged to share advice and discuss solutions based on personal experience.
Buddy-Coach
During trying times, a buddy-coach has your back. CCMF Alberta Buddy-Coaches create a safe space for CCMF newcomers to have open and real conversations.
Legal Assistance & Resource Program
CCMF Alberta's Legal Assistance Programs are geared to provide support with legal problems typically faced by men or in areas where men may be susceptible to discrimination.
Domestic Abuse Recovery Program
CCMF Alberta understands that abuse often has a unique look for men. If you've said to yourself, "this just doesn't feel right" or have friends or family been concerned about things you've told them...then let's talk.
I’m so thankful to the CCMF for giving me and my husband the support as we went through family court. They helped us end up with a fair and equal outcome that is best for our amazing children.Halina
Parental alienation devastates families. I’ve spoken to young fathers who were suicidal. There’s not much support, other than the Canadian Centre for Men and Families, for fathers who are alienated and trying to rebuild relationships with their kids.George
Over the years I had grown a lot of resentment and that resentment turned against the world, to the point where it was affecting my work, my health and everybody around me. I had to change my life around. Since I’ve been coming to the Centre I’ve opened bonds with my father. I never thought we would reconcile but recently he hugged me for the first time. If I had not gotten help from the CCMF I don’t know where I’d be today.Dorian
