At CCMF Alberta, we believe in the potential of all human beings. Our team is dedicated to providing evidence-based services to help you live your best life.

Through our services and programs, we provide a safe space where meaningful conversations occur, with compassion and without shaming or blaming, designed to help equip men to rebuild themselves. We provide hope and help to individuals, families and communities who experience difficulty with any aspect of their lives. We are here to listen and support you on your journey of recovery and healing.

Below is a list of our current program offerings, where you can find out more.

  • Buddy-Coach: This program is geared towards those who want someone to help them reach their goals and remain accountable. 
  • Counselling Program: We have a licensed psychologist who is happy to help you improve your mental health and increase your coping and resilience through formal psychotherapy. Our counselling program is offered on a sliding scale. 
  • Domestic Abuse Recovery Program: This is a 13 week structured program aimed at helping men recover from a history of intimate partner violence. 
  • Legal Information & Resource Program: This program provides webinars and brief 30 minute consultations with a lawyer. CCMF does not provide legal representation.
  • Men’s Peer Support Group (MPSG): This program is a non-structured group where drop-ins are welcome. This group is for men who have experienced relationship breakdown, false allegations, parental alienation, legal issues, etc to come together and support one another. 
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR): This is an 8-week structured group psychoeducational program aimed at improving participants’ mindfulness and coping skills.
