Mindfulness strategies can help foster personal growth and development and support challenges that are common in people recovering from relationship turmoil.

Participants will learn about the impact that the stress response has on our overall health and wellbeing, improve capacity for self-regulation, and increase their capacity to function at their best in the world.

CCMF Alberta offers a 10-week program to develop and practice applying mindfulness strategies to increase the self-awareness and self-understanding of participants.

These practices support enhanced connection with the body, thoughts, and emotions that govern our actions, reactions, and capacity for choice. Participants will also learn about the impact that the stress response has upon our overall health and wellbeing.

Boost coping skills and resilience to stress and grow the ability to be more accepting, tolerant, compassionate, and grateful in both personal and professional life. This work occurs within a  community of like-minded men who are on their personal path to healing, health and wellbeing.
