We’re pleased to announce that we are running another session of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program, scheduled to start in a few weeks
.We are going to be hosting two information sessions:
- Wednesday, Oct 13 @ 6:30-7:30pm
- Thursday, Oct 14 @ 12-1pm
