When asked what they learned during their first session in the Men’s Peer Support Group (MPSG), one of the participants had this to say:
“There is hope and light at the end of the tunnel and people are trying even when things seem hopeless. You aren’t alone. Struggles happen for many men.”
MPSG is an open environment where men can access collective wisdom based on the lived experiences of men just like them. In addition to providing camaraderie and emotional support, common topics are discussed and the brotherhood of members will help you explore solutions to your own challenges.
This is a no cost program so to find out more including how to register, visit the Men’s Peer Support Group page.
